At FriscoSwim School, we are honored to provide you with swim lessons from trained and experienced instructors who schedule their time specifically for you and your child. Regarding lesson changes and cancellations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we wish to make every effort to accommodate your needs. 

Following is our cancellation/change policy (a “session” consists of a set of lessons during the same week).

• Single lessons cannot be canceled, changed or “made-up” due to the limitations of our instructors’ schedules. *(We do provide “make-ups” for lessons rescheduled due to weather or instructor-related availability issues.) 

• We ask that you provide notice at least 14 days in advance of your session start date via e-mail to friscoswim@yahoo.com. 

• A $25.00 cancellation fee will be accessed for all cancellations.

• The balance of your payment will be returned for cancellations with the required 14-day notice.

• For cancellations without the required 14-day notice, I cannot guarantee that the balance of your payment will be returned, as I may not be able to fill that session from my wait list.

• Special consideration for refunds may be given outside of these guidelines at our discretion.
